After a few years' absence due to Corona, we are back with this fantastic event, raising money for the charity of NPO 3FM's Serious Request. In previous editions, hundreds of swimmers and divers have raised wonderful amounts of money for Serious Request causes. Now that we can and may again, we are eager (water) to organize Serious Swim again and do our part for Metakids, the goal of Serious Request 2024.

During Serious Swim & Dive, swimmers and divers get sponsored to swim as many lanes or stay underwater as long as possible, all in a time frame of about 16 hours.
So if you want (doesn’t have to, of course), you can swim all night; a unique experience!
Anyone with a swimming certificate is welcome to swim with us.
Regardless of your age or experience level; there is something for everyone, with separate lanes so everyone can swim at their own pace.
We expect divers to have their PADI certification.
Serious Swim & Dive will take place on Dec. 21, 2024, at pool Merwestein in Nieuwegein.
